Seriously thinking of jacking it in after this season.
Its become a chore rather than a pleasure.
Been feeling like this before the rebrand but thats just made it worse.
Whilst some games in the Prem have been enjoyable its still not done enough to lift the spirits.

Yeah I won't be renewing however that doesn't mean much considering I don't have a season ticket to renew

No not me, but I think there are quite a lot of fair weathers itching for an excuse to pack it in, they usually like to make out it's some sort of principle or reason....

Polo I Think a lot of people go through what you are thinking now, I did a few years back and I stayed away for about 2 seasons but then the buzz returned, so hopefully if you do decide that's whats your going to do the buzz will return to you,

The buzz left for me when we moved into that stadium and buggered up the seating arrangements. Come on, who in their right minds thought it was a great idea for the family enclosure to be next to the away end.

I'll be renewing
Tue Dec 31, 2013 2:21 pm
I'll renew.
Would regret it if I didn't.
Even if we go down, it's too much of a buzz to give up.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 2:37 pm
I won't be renewing and can't see me attending many more games this season either.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 2:45 pm
Yep - me too - I'm out after 20 years. Not gonna try and pretend I'm a Martyr hiding behind the Rebrand or Anti Tan. Just fallen out of love with Football. It's felt like a chore for a few years now - got other things I wanna do with my Saturdays now including spending more time with the family. Been some amazing times along the way but the experience is very different nowadays. I guess the least those of us who are not renewing can say is we did see City eventually make the Premiership.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 3:02 pm
same here, just seems like a chore not getting the buzz no more don't know if it's the non football on show, the circus, the bitterness between fans or just that's I'm doing a 5/6 hr round trip but this is it for me and I must say I preferred the Championship games.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 4:02 pm
I,m out too.
Been saying it since we came to CCS though!
Although.....
I went into canton stand v saints and it was much better than the Ninian stand.
May go there instead next season.
My concern is that if I stop, I will never return.
I like standing, singing and swearing. In that order
Tue Dec 31, 2013 4:15 pm
I won't be renewing unless we are returning to blue. The divide in the fan base is killing atmosphere.

If that is how you are feeling there is only one answer don't go next season, but don't give up your season ticket just sell the games next season, you have been going long enough to earn the right to do that, you never know when things will change with the club or the way you feel. Think before you act
Tue Dec 31, 2013 6:46 pm
Probably wont renew, talking around 500 bucks for me and boy. Luxury I no longer can afford.

Personally I will always renew based on the fact ill be gettinh dragged around Tesco by 'her indoors' rather than having a pint with my pals, its simple as that for me.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 7:34 pm
I'll be renewing whichever league we're in, got to have my football fix.
Tue Dec 31, 2013 9:42 pm
New manager, stella signings and a improvement in the football on show will help turn a few away from the darkside. What else will you do on a Saturday? Shopping trips and DIY. Enjoy your new life lads.

If we go down you wouldn't need a st, you could just 'walk up' if you decided to go.

I wonder if those who said they "would do 1 season of premier league football then walk away if not returned to blue" will be renewing.
Hmmmmmm.....

How many season tickets has Polo got?
He's sold up at least twice this season already. I'll renew whatever.
