Why pay £3-£4m compo to replace Malky with Ince?

There is no way that it would cost that sort of money to get Ince. This is the Blackpool manager you're talking about. Good premier league managers cost less than that.

He will be on a pittance at Blackpool. It would cost no more than £200k in my opinion
