is Bielsa really a candidate?

Cardiff would be a real beauty to watch under Bielsa!!! (I'm an Athletic Bilbao fan since I was born and this is my 4th season as a Cardiff City Season ticket holder)
He is a great manager and very high educated (i.e. Muniain once said that he couldn't sometimes understand him the way Bielsa speaks lol) He has principles in football and I cannot see him under Vincent Tan I am afraid. He does not care much about money, and rejected Inter Milan due to he had already given his word to the current Athletic Bilbao Chairman prior to voting to elect a chairman for the next 4 years. (yes, there is a election each 4 years at Athletic Bilbao where the Chairman is chosen)
In all honesty, I hope I am wrong, but I cannot see Bielsa under Tan

Bielsa would have come here if it wasn't for Tan. It's a nice little project for him, with a bit of cash behind him and an almost blank canvas he would love it. However I don't see him coming here half way through a season. He is one of the most fascinating men in football, doesn't he have over 25k football DVDs/Videos and is nicknamed el loco. A real student of the game.
No manager worth their salt is going to come here now, that buffoon has seen to that. We will attract a nobody like Paul Ince or mercenary like Sven.
Depressing.

Looking at it over, the main reason Tan was annoyed is with the overspending so if any manager comes here and respects the money given then they will be fine.
