High profile - experienced - excellent in the media - has player connections - knows the Chairman and backroom staff - a diplomat - leads by example - will be adaptable in tactics - knows players who are footballers as well a workhorses - calm under pressure - knows the game - been there and done it - a brilliant and fantastic way forward. Hoddle it is.

I'm going to get slaughtered but not too impressed with Hoddle, apart from England his teams haven't done magnificently and even then he's been out since 2006........lowest win percentage of any manager we're looking at and he's had some of the biggest clubs
