Tactially unaware, terrible in the transfer market, egotistical and widely regarded as being a poor man manager. Apart from that it sounds great.

Ok. This is your opinion of course and thats fine. Thank you for contributing to the thread.
So far then we have 2-1 in favour of OGS. I am skeptical of OGS' credentials. Will he be a managerial version of Cornelius?

We need a winger of Tom Ince's calibre and I think he'd follow his dad plus Blackpool would want the money as his contract is up in the summer. We could force their hand. We need this type of signing so we have Ince and Noone on the wings countering and getting into the box and winning penalties for us for Whitts to score.
He will be given money to spend whereas currently he has no money at Blackpool. They can't even afford artificial grass for their pitch hence why it looks like a no fly area.
Paul Ince has contacts at both Liverpool and Manchester United who both produce good youth players and we could possibly loan some good quality young players. If we are to progress in this division we need to use the loan market as wisely as the likes of West Brom and Everton have.
He's a stubborn manager and won't get ripped off in the transfer window and he'll do as he wants rather than what the others want. He didn't give Ince to us in the summer and he tried to force our hand. We need a manager like this who is good at playing the game when it comes to transfers. If Ince being a bit of a stubborn knob stops the club getting done over financially then I think thats fine as it benefits the club.
His teams play good expansive and direct football and with funding he can take this and implement it here.
I'd love Bielsa but can't see it. Also he's as mad as Tan and those two would probably plot global domination if locked in the same room for long enough together. I don't want Sven and i don't think he wants to come here either. For me its between Ince and OGS and I'd prefer Ince. Don't get me wrong i will support and back OGS if he's announced as manager as anyone should but id prefer Ince.
Who would you prefer?

I agree in being skeptical mate, but for me would rather roll the dice and gamble on his outstanding record at Malmo given their history over being almost certainly relegated with Ince.
I would love Bielsa, but would worry about him adapting to the English game quickly enough to save our season with the squad we have. If we got him somehow and he kept us up next season could be fantastic.
