SOLSKJAER and his agent are currently flying in with Vincent Tan and is expected to be confirmed as Cardiff City manager imminently.

Many bookmakers have suspended betting on Solksjaer becoming the manager.

id be happy with solkjaer might not have massive amount of experience but neither did malky and we all loved the guy even if his football style sucked, solskjaer could get best out of acorn and who knows he won the league twice and cup in Norway I know its not same level but they never won the league before so he must have something about him, plus managing man utd reserves and maybe can get some good deals on players from there, my preference is zola though but I wouldn't be disappointed with solkjaer

Solsjkaer would be perfect. Demands respect straight away just from what he's achieved as a player, but then on top of that he's known as one of the brightest young managers in the game winning two domestic leagues with Molde.

Players would want to play for him, current players and potential targets.

Also he plays a modern style of football where you go out to win every game and control games by passing the ball and keeping possession something we have not seen at the CCS other than at times under DJ. Its the future of the modern game and we need to keep up, Malky didn't and that was his downfall in the end, that and wasting £50million.

The only unknown regarding OGS would be how he works in the transfer market, but hopefully he'll sign some gems

Will OGS turn Cornelius into a super sub though? Imagine if he did and Cornelius come on and scores in the 90th minute on the final day of the season to keep us up by 1 point. That would instantly turn into money well spent.

solskjaer was one of my favourite players growing up to see him as manager would bring me personal joy we all loved malky but it is time to move on and hopefully get to see some attractive football now

I think the achievement of OGS as a player and his connection to football he has in terms of Sir AF would also command the respect of the dictator. Maybe this is what it would take to put him in the box.

I welcome OGS he would bring a strong coaching team, an new bread of player attraction and I take Sir AF's advice that he is the most intelligent footballer he has seen as final.

If that Malaysian coach is in the running then its going to be him. There's no doubt about it. If Tan's enquired it will be him. All I hope is that he's been linked purely on the Malaysian thing and not on any credible source such as them both meeting. If they've met then he'll be firm favourite for the job and only Dalman can save us then.
