we and us................where do we come into it?
and why would he walk away.........well walk away without asset stripping first..........
companies go into admin when insolvent and unable to pay bills........with tan owning the club,how does the club ever get to this point? people keep talking about debt to equity then we riot etc............id love to have this explained

As a typical business man Tan has probabley set a company up under another name.....which has lent us the money.....therefore if he walks away we owe them and he is not liable............remember langstone.

Tan is the only creditor now he controls the debt the money is owe to him now ,he can't take himself to court

The club own the ground not the council on a 100 year lease for the land but it.can't be used for anything else other that a sports stadium
