A forum for all things Cardiff City
Sun Dec 29, 2013 11:19 pm
Usually take a back seat on this forum but the last few weeks and stuff I read ain't half wound me up I tell you. All entitled to opinions but have some respect guys and get in the real world.
Malky - read some shocking stuff about mm on here, total disrespect for a cardiff legend. Negative - yes, made mistakes - yes, some boring football at times- yes. But mm took us to wembley with work ethic and team unity alone, and we almost won it, he rid the pre madonna attitude at Ccfc and took us up as champions, we have not been in the bottom 3 so baffles me how people slate him and say we would go down under mm, he made us difficult to beat and we would compete, he gave us a solid start in the prem like his style or not. Don't get me wrong, after our bus broke on way to stoke and after one horrendous day he didn't half piss me off with his tactics and negative attitude. I more than agree we should have been more offensive in a lot of games, but the date he departed we were where we all expected big spenders or not. Did he need to be sacked, of course he did because something had to give, it was effecting everybody and that needed to come to a head. Have some respect for your former manager, a legend in my eyes, a great guy and great with the fans and made players work their bollox off. If I was told to resign or be sacked, I would stand my ground as well, it's not greedy it's reality and not being bullied by a control freak. He is protecting his family like we would all do, it's unfortunate that tan put him in this position.
Vt - a complete and utter dictator, doesn't give a f**k for anybody but Vincent tan, sooner he leaves our club the better. Seen people defend his actions and even the booing, get real guys he is the owner of a football club and you cannot behave in this way however people want to perceive it, ref, players or just sarcasm! Complete joke! You can spend 200m in jan Vincent, wont change any opinions, sooner you go the better, we will deal with what we are left with after your gone. The way in which he has dealt with things, his childish jealous behaviour, treatment of mm and the fans and most of all the rebrand - the fans are to blame and tbh most of us felt like we were over a barel and feared no Ccfc but he ain't half taken the piss. The stewards chasing the thanks malky banner summed up the dictatorship at the club, his employees live in fear. Nobody can defend this idiot, and dictators don't change so as much as people say take a back seat and change us to blue etc etc, will never happen! If you are in an unhappy marriage you get a divorce, it might not be easy as that but at some point it has to happen.
Fans - shocking if am honest, shocking! You never boo your own, Taylor was a good player last year and few games aside has had a decent enough season, was dire against Liverpool and saints, lacked pace and was left exposed and bad positional play! But boo him, absolutely disgusting. Seen some slatings on here, maybe it's a forum thing or just society with no respect, witts has been a legend for us and Loyal and agree it's tough for him in the prem but people come and say your f*cking shit etc! Respect!
Cornellius - runs awkward, doesn't look comfortable and yes looks like a donkey but f**k me get a reality check. He is 20, been injured, moved to a new country and a much much better standard of football, add in all the shit going on, no game time and a side in a relegation battle with a defensive mentality. Kimbo took a while and he was more experienced, Mutch took time, granted he was 8m but we did pay over the odds. This kid needs support and time as much as people can't accept that, judge him then, please don't kill the kid before he starts! He ain't no donkey, we have all seen the videos at international football and the awards he has won, help him.
I guess am going to have to stop reading all these posts as they ain't good for my health!!! Lol !! When we were shit we sang, we cheered, we believed and helped some shit players think they were world beaters!! Our heart is still there beating, just all this red shit and divide is making the heart beat slower!!
I loved the Rochdale aways, chesterfield, all that shit in the day and I understand people's great memories but most of us were young free single with a few quid and they will always be great memories, competing at the highest stage should be eclipsing them days and when we return to blue and bluebirds as we will one day then they will do.
Southampton scenario - if I see this mentioned again I will f*cking scream, different scenario and for one Southampton you cn name 30 situations where it doesn't work out.
Rant over and don't forget bluebirds, the clue is in what you are SUPPORTERS!!!! SUPPORT YOUR TEAM!!! Back the new manager!!

Top post and on a football perspective this post is unarguable.
Fans should be showing players respect helping out cornelius as stated in one of my posts today hes in a new league, new country needs confidence this negativity could potentially end his career its serious.
And lastly
''When we were shit we sang, we cheered, we believed and helped some shit players think they were world beaters!! Our heart is still there beating, just all this red shit and divide is making the heart beat slower!!''

plenty of times at ninian park the players were booed off
Sun Dec 29, 2013 11:34 pm
Your right cardiffcitymad, way to long but figured I would get it all done in one post! I didn't say we weren't booed at ninian but let's not be lie arsenal fans!
Sun Dec 29, 2013 11:36 pm
Sloper is bang on, people expect him to score goals by shooting thunderbolts of lightning out his arse! He didn't decide the price tag!

The quicker a new regime comes in the better. If he needs a little more time so be it. Malky was under pressure to justify the signing a new manager wont.
