No,try wearing a hoody with Cameron out and try chanting it in the house of commons-wouldn't last 30secs.You've got to be in a public place and even then get permission from the LA(if its a sizable gathering).You may not agree but he's within his rights as the owner.

Baked, it was a Leeds shirt he was wearing
