Stewards in the canton

Sun Dec 29, 2013 1:41 pm

I sat down after the game and waited for a few people to leave yesterday don't know why just did, and then I happened to see some lad having a right go at the stewards, so being the nosy sod I am I went down to have a look. Then to my amazement after asking the steward what was going on I got told that the boy was having a to because he got told he will be band next home game if he wears the tan out hoodie he had on

What a disgrace people not being allowed to voice/show they're opinions on tan, the stewards attitude was "Mr tan is the owner and he can do as he pleases to the club"

Same steward who ripped up my mates banners in the canton then threatened to ban him

This whole thing with the stewards has really got me intrigued. Surely that is illegal as it supressing free speech?

No,try wearing a hoody with Cameron out and try chanting it in the house of commons-wouldn't last 30secs.You've got to be in a public place and even then get permission from the LA(if its a sizable gathering). You may not agree but he's within his rights as the owner.

That just makes me want to buy a Tan Out t-shirt and wear it to every game.

I remember Carl having this problem when he wore a Ridsdale Ouit t-shirt or something on those lines. He was escorted out of the family stand if I remember right.

Sounds to me there is some sort of right to come down on demonstrations of some sort.

As a point of British law, Is he within his rights sneggy? Or are you just defending the dictator telling Cardiff boys what to wear and think? :?

Theres more than enough people on here that think they know it all but I'm not one of them.Nor I'm I defending Tan.It is what it is and many, many examples of this, the greenpeace demonstrators being locked up russian jails is a recent example.
Me sitting in your front room calling you names because you've got a better car than me is another example.I got every right to bitch about it but would not be surprised to get a slap as its your front room. :D
