Passed there on way home from work and saw a few parking attendants giving tickets by the Nissan garage

Does anyone else think our society is totally fu-ked up, when vindictive parking attendants just book at places where normally they would not bother at all???
Same used to happen at Splott market - nowhere to be seen on non market or boot sale days - then easy fu-king pickings FFS.
And then they will try and convince you it is just to keep the traffic flowing - YEAH, RIGHT !!!!
What a fu-ked up world we live in.

Surely its just common sense to be at places when footfall is higher, they are just doing there job.
