VT 'converting loans to equity'

Sat Dec 28, 2013 10:48 am

..didn't quite happen did it ? I'm pretty sure he had every intention of doing so as it would have made financial sense for him and the club in the long run. He sure isn't going to do it now.

For nearly 7 months Tan has stated he will do it and talking about it for 18 months.

He's been stalling, true. The significance of it is he can walk away with his losses at a minimum - and City straight into administration.

And in that time he has been buying out shareholders. It's not as if he has been sat around for 18 months, pen in hand. He now has the perfect opportunity to NEVER convert his shares into equity. Let's see if he is a man of his word or just goes down the SH line off holding debt over the club.

Spot on, Tan has done so much in a short period of time but its still not enough for some people, you would swear it is the only business he has. Besides changing us to red he has done no wrong in my eyes

I was a supporter and I did not go back. Infact I was not even asked as a ST.

I question the forensic accountant legits, how this article came ouit and finally how many numbers actually did request the rebrand. Makes me laugh how people say only 2,000 of 27,000 protested Boxing Day but how many of the 18000 STs wrote in asking for the rebrand. I very much doubt it was a higher proportion than those that protested Thursday.

Use the argument to suit the agenda comes to mind.

The timescales are...

In July he said he would proceed after Sam was sorted.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-23362625

Mid-August he said he hoped to complete with in 2 months, but had to deal with the major shareholders first.

http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/foot ... ff-5737145

This was completed a few weeks ago.

Apart from the rumoured stalling from Isaacs then all the other things appear to be in place now.
