At today's game (Southampton) they stopped a bloke in front of me with a knife and they said "I hope your not planning on making sandwiches with this sir)

I cant understand how we live in a free Country and have to be told what we may eat. So if you are a bit short as many of us are either go hungry or dont come to CCS.

Are we talking about taking food into the stadium here or the outside of the ground?

Into the stadium
They stop you taking mcdonalds/KFC
You wouldn't walk into a restaurant and open up a packed lunch on there tables so why should you be able to eat food from outside in the ground when they are providing and paying for a service ?

We're about as free as our money or the law allows.
We aren't free whatsoever.
Banning food is obvious, the same as any cinema etc.

It's not something I like but I don't really blame the club for their attitude. It's not like they're banning you from eating at these places. They are out to make money and if this is a way of doing then so be it. Doesn't make a difference to me.
