I reckon its going to be so hard now to get hold of a top manager after they all know what Tan is Like.

No Manager is going to take a Job when he thinks the owner is going to be on his back all the time, and is going to pop in and out of the dressing room,and lets face it we all know Tan has done this and its common talk everywhere now.

Also quality player follow quality managers, most don't join a club cos they like the club, its the manager that they follow.
No quality player is going to go to a club where he knows the owner cant keep his nose out of the football side of things.
Especially an owner who goes around asking , Why Marshall the goal keeper hasn't scored a goal ,I mean come on.

OGS has already stated ,that its not the club ,its the owner he looks at when joining a club. So in that case he wont be coming here if its true.

If you owned a business would you just sit back and not interfere if your staff were not performing or if managers were flittering money away on staff that don't even hit their targets?

If i had a biz ,I would go into a biz I knew something about to start with , or leave it to people who do know what that biz is about. Just cos you can drive a car ,you wouldn't be able to drive a class 1 would you ,you wouldn't have a clue.
