I am not an apologist for Mr Tan and I want us back in blue.
Saying that I would like to make a comment about remarks saying that VT must have known the extent of the summer transfer spending and signed it off. That is not the way big business works. I manage a team who's annual spending dwarfs CCFC. They have a budget for the year and I track how they are doing via the monthly management accounts. I do not, could not, and would not check every deal. They are trusted to work within their budgets. VT would expect the same. By the way if at the end of the year my team had blown their budget without a bloody good reason I would expect our CEO to fire me as I would fire any,of my guys who had broken that trust. They are very well rewarded to deliver within budget.

Absolute rubbish! Lim is the one who signs off on players, if we had hundreds of deals then I can see what you are trying to say, why don't you give VT a ring and maybe you can help City, methinks you are a walter Mitty
