VT goes on a charm offensive in the January Transfer Window. Don't get me wrong I am not a Fan of VT, never was and never will be. I think he know's "F" all about Football matters, however he is a successful business man, and so you have to credit him with a relatively high level of intelligence.
Firstly HE HAS to appoint a BIG NAME MANAGER, otherwise we will all see through his 'smoke and mirrors' tactics, and his move to sack Malky will be proven to have been based on a personal feud, rather than his desire to take our Club forward.
Secondly HE HAS to make enough money available in the January Transfer Window to buy 2 or 3 quality players to secure our survival in the Premier League.
If he fails to do this WE WILL BE RELEGATED and HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. Our fans will turn on him, and he will be forced to Sell and return to Malaysia. The football and business world will view him as a failure and a fool.
His motives may be different from the typical CCFC supporter, but if he does both of the above and the Mighty BLUEBIRDS remain in the Premier League for another season I feel the vocal opposition to VT will fizzle out in the same way it has with the Newcastle Fan's and Mike Ashley.
It will be interesting to see what happens in January, which will clearly be the most important month in our illustrious history.
