Malkey facts

Fri Dec 27, 2013 7:04 pm

He got us to the play offs ( then got smashed 5-0)
He got us to a cup final (and lost) :ayatollah:
He got us promoted ( with a lot of money to spend ) :ayatollah:
He spent 50 million strengthening a championship winning team ( a big budget )
We are currently 1 point off relegation (fact)
He showed no respect to his boss ( making things public )
He bought a lot of expensive flops ( brayford, eti , cornelius,)
His brand off football is boring
He is very defensive
He is scared to make substitutions
He wasn't getting results his big budget deserved
He deserved the sack ( if it wasn't for the rebrand and everyone hating tan everybody would be calling for his head )

The only reason fans liked him was because he resembled the last thing everyone loved about football left in the club at the moment and that is passion .

He deserved to get the chop lets just hope we get a suitable PREMIERSHIP QUALITY replacement

Malky is still learning, but I agree with most of the above. OGS is favourite and I think he'll be a great appointment. Whatever happens now I don't want to see journey man Sven here. Some have mentioned Di Canio, not sure about him. Glen Hoddle could get us playing nice football, but not sure he'd keep us up. Ole for Me! :ayatollah:

We'll all your facts are spot on but mean nothing......
Play off's...so we got beat by a side that was playing in the premier league the year before with premier league players still in the team.
Got beat in the cup final (on penalties) by another premier league side.
Got us promoted!!!!!!!!! Enough said.
How much money did he actually spend to get promoted?? Bearing in mind he arrived at a club with 10 players on the books.....
Currently 1 point off relegation..... I'd rather think of it as 3 points or 1win off 10th....(FACT)
Yes he is defensive, yes the football at times is boring and yes maybe he should make some changes but lets not forget most of the players he has available to him are not good enough for the premier League.
I hate the rebrand but also appreciate we need someone's money (prefer it if it wasn't someone like Tan). I think Malky was doing a decent job and deserves a season as I firmly believe that if all this shite had not happened we would have stayed up...
AND LETS BE HONEST THATS ALL WE WANTED AT THE START OF THE SEASON (FACT........)
