Malky is a very honourable man, he conducts himself in a way that means you can't help but like him, he also has a great relationship with us the supporters something which is well over due and miles away from our last manager, but for me it's now not enough, we have problems all over the pitch which have been there since LAST christmas a weak left back, no creative midfielder, a lack of pace in central defence and a serious lack of goal scorers. (allthough campbell done ok for the first couple of months after he signed) £35 million later and the same problems exist except now we are in the big boys league, in general our football has been dire we have only scored seven goals at home in eight games and malkys tactics are very naive to say the least, dj had no plan "b" well malky is stuggling with plan "a" i am afraid to say that i think it is time for him to go.
