The club has fractures all through it

Tan is at Loggerheads with the fans, Malky, his backroom staff and players. There are rifts between the manager and some players (where's Bellamy? Arguments over tactics between him and Malky I'm hearing). This togetherness of the players and him looks to be a myth to me. For the umpteenth time some of the team did not turn up yesterday. Apparently there are factions in the boardroom too with some showing allegiance to Malky and some looking for his head. We are on the brink of the bottom three with 20 Premier League games left to play this season. Now is the time to act if we are to have any chance of surviving with a transfer window about to open. Tan must bring this all to an end quickly. Thank you Malky but for the good of the club and for you it's time you went. Tan give him what he's owed and allow him to leave with his head held high. Any more defeats like yesterday and the fans will turn against Malky
