Cult Classic for sure,but as a stand alone movie compared to something like Goodfellas it's not in the same league in my opinion.

David Yates who directed the last few Harry Potter Movies is the Director who has been chosen to direct the Remake/Re-Telling Of Tony Montana's rise to power.

I like the Potter movies for what they were though I was disappointed with the ending alterations from the book, but all in all Yates did ok. But to think of him to do a Gangster bloody cocaine filled orgy is a bit difficult for me to swallow.

Do you think this would/can work or is it another remake doomed to fail?
