Zaha set for cardiff loan

Wed Dec 25, 2013 10:55 pm

Manchester United boss David Moyes will let Wilfried Zaha join Cardiff City on loan - if his mate Malky Mackay keeps his job.

Moyes has had a handful of approaches for out-of-favour winger Zaha and he is currently favouring sending him to Wales.

Zaha would play regularly for the Bluebirds - a factor Moyes insists on from his next club - and they also have a vacancy for him.

Newcastle, Stoke, old club Crystal Palace and managerless West Brom are also keen on Zaha who has yet to start in the Premier since he signed.

But Moyes is keen on the Cardiff move although he will not commit to the deal until he sees what happens with Mackay.

If the Scot is sacked Zaha wil go elsewhere as Moyes does not want the disruption at this stage of the player’s career.

Carling Cup Semi Final and a possible FA Cup run, bit unusual but I will happily back anyone.

Leon Barnett was a great loan so I trust Malky on his judgement.. obviously a few off signings.

I thought Tan said no money available?

Zaha would be at least 500k loan fee plus wages.

If Malky stays.......... Moyes will be lucky if he stays at UTD

If Malky went and we gave Solskjaer the job we could have Zaha, Hernandez and a shed load of other UTD loan players, as Solskjaer is a favourite of the guy who is still UTDs number one decision maker.
