Tan has been Bluffing malky in attempt to gain upper hand.

whether you like to call it bluffing, or beating around the bush.
The behaviour of tan recently in my oppinion has been nothing more than an attempt to get malky to resign and this is why he is doing everything he can to go against MM's wishes.
firstly he refuse to give malky money in january publicly saying he is very upset by this - tan is bluffing here He wants malky to step down tan is not stupid and would of been advised by someone on how strong his team is and whether or not they can stay up.
Tan is not going to cut off his own nose to spite his face and see this team back in the championship
You notice when Tan fails in his attempt to upset malky and hopefully get him to walk away Tan now sends an email most likely out of frustration. Saying resign or face being sacked. This looks like tan is trying his luck knowing he faces paying out the reminder of malkys contract.
This is nothing more than tan blatently delivering his message to malky after failed attempts beating around the bush.
You also must remember before the newcastle game tan delivered messages regarding bonuses he originally promised the team and malky, he also upset malky that week and malky almost walked!
Tan thought one more final blow would be enough to get malky to leave the club. And when it was clear malky would not resign by his own accord.
tan out of frustration sent the email saying if you wont resign I will sack you.
In other words Ive tried to get you to walk away but it hasnt work.
