Protests etc.

Tue Dec 24, 2013 3:50 pm

Unless there is a new owner in the wings does it really matter if there are protests?

We can't have it all. We have had millions spent on players, ground expansion, excellent facilities and a realistic chance of staying in the premiership.

I do feel a little uncomfortable with the Malky love in. Up until last weekend there were quite a number of fans stating we need a new manager who has a plan B etc. (Where did I hear that before?)

Whilst I'm not happy with a lot of the changes what point is there in protesting? If Tan is the dictator many make him out to be do you think he will change his mind? Do people want to really drive him out? Who will take us over exactly? At least come up with alternatives.

Some of the fans who walked away after the re-brand made it clear before this happened that they were disillusioned with football in general....one particular ex-fan stated that even if Tan changed his mind he wouldn't. Yet this fan continues to post on the subject elsewhere.

Finally, I' getting a tad tired of certain fans constantly in the limelight who claim they represent us...no one represents me!

I do believe some of these fans do it out of self interest.......even today they can't bring themselves to publicly criticise SH. Talking of which, it's gone very quiet on that front all of a sudden.

If fans really want Malky to stay then get behind the team because I believe the next 2 games are bigger for us as a club than any individual...and indeed 6 points would back up Malky than any protest or interview giving from so called fan leaders.

Funny how fans didn't protest against him when he changed our identity and nearly finished us off

They were made to feel important. Perhaps Tan should of included them too.

Jesus Christ, a sensible post at last. Totally agree with you!
