As soon as Tan seen that whatever he did regarding the manager wasn't going to appease the protest headhunters. He got nothing to gain by doing the u turn the Chairman set up.Managers got what he was after and it costs Tan a few bob.

Tan has written to Malky asking him to resign. Surely there is no room for negotiation on this issue.
