This is what I believe is happening over the next 7 days.

Tan wants malky to see out the next 2 games v sunderland and southampton.
On the evening of the 28th of december tan will commence in talks with both the board and malky over the coming 3 days depending on our league position and the results tan will voice an immediate decision on the best way forward for his club.

If he chooses to stick with MM for the rest of the season he might agree to allow one or two more faces in although this wont be gauranteed.
If he opts to terminate MM's contract with the club he will aim to get a manager in for talks within 7 days leaving him 3 weeks with a budgit available for several players and alterations he feels he would need to make to the squad.

As tan now feels if we need to replace malky it is key we act on or after the 28th of december allowing anyone who comes in time to re-vamp this team and prepare for the second half of the season (exactly 19 games in)

Good luck with getting a guy to come in with that set of January fixtures

A new guy and those set of fixtures is a win win situation for whoever it will be.

^^^^^THIS^^^^^

Anything gained from the January games should be considered a huge bonus (although I believe we can/will take points somewhere) and would help 'bed in' any new guy with both club and paying supporters :ayatollah:
