Malky Mackay has informed Cardiff City’s owner, Vincent Tan, that he is risking the club’s Premier League survival by washing their dirty laundry in public.

HAS ANYONE HEARD TAN SAY ANYTHING IN PUBLIC.. I THOUGHT THE EMAIL WAS SENT DIRECTLY TO MALKY.AND THE PRESS CONFERENCE TODAY, WASNT THAT MALKY HIMSELF SPILLING THE BEANS ABOUT TAN............GETTING A BIT FISHY THIS ONE.

"You can't have your dirty linen washed in public every week of the year without it affecting the club," continued Mackay.

Malky has said that to the press, not "informed Cardiff City's owner" He has not said that Tan has said anything in public.

Lim/Dolman and Malky have said quite a bit in public, but nowhere in there do it state that Malky has said Tan has said anything in public.

This all started with Tans statement where he announced MM was getting no more money.

Tan was gored into that statement when Malky said we need 3 more players. Note the words "we need". Malky did not say we were getting 3 more but just pushed it a bit.

Tan reacted and fell for it.

Malky is on 20k a week now. If he gets the sack he gets a 2 year lump payment of £2m and can then go straight into a far more secure job where he can probably earn 20k-30k a week.

He knows Tan has a screw loose and is interfering with his job so what would you do? There has been a lot of public goading from Malky and it seems obvious why. I would do the same.

One way or another that is probably accurate. From a Cardiff perspective its probably got to a point where it needs to be done sooner rather than later. Cant be doing the club any good having this hanging over them, fans players and Malky alike.

If he is still here in January then Tan has made it clear he doesnt trust Malky with money so they wont get the much needed strengthening either - in which a new manager may get.

If I were a Cardiff fan id be wanting him gone now I think.

Understand what is being said here and not trying to defend him, but Tan hasn't actually said anything. Its Simon Lim that has done all of the talking and we don't actually know what Tan's exact words were.
