He can clearly do a very good job

look at raheem stirling liverpool brought him through at 16 he was raw and he now looks on his way to becoming a first team reg for the next 12-15 years

Hold your bloody horses. Lets maintain premier league status and let young players develop. Top clubs dont rush their players, we shouldn't either. Very few players are thrown in the deep end.

I don't doubt kadeem is developing well and could be a top player but it was only last year where he struggled against macclesfield and all he has since is a good preseason against lower league teams and a solid 10 games in league one.

Give him time

Some players thrive on being thrown in sometimes.
