Another step in the right direction for Tan

Mon Dec 23, 2013 11:10 am

Would be to play the remainder of this seasons away games in Blue.

Perhaps the Trust can suggest this at the meeting.

They've already suggested it to him.

It's pointless pushing for that. The trust, quite rightly, have this morning pushed for a return to blue home kit "at the earliest opportunity".

The earliest opportunity to change to Blue at home is probably August.

A step in the right direction before then would be to stop the piss take and play in Blue away for the rest of the season.

I'm well aware of that. :laughing6:

Another step in the right direction for magners, I feel that magners like Tan is on a road-to -Damascus style journey of self discovery and redemption. it won't be easy between now and august, both will have times when being a bellend seems the easier option, will they, should they, do it hand in hand for double the strength in times of weakness? :P

Tempted to join the Trust more and more.

Cancelled my membership after the first year before as they never seemed to do anything at all. If they push for the blue back properly and not like Be then I'd be in.

Seem to be a bit toothless but I will join after their next meeting with Tan if I see differently.

Toothless is a good word.
If they come out with a strong agenda and ask people to join now I think they will.

The only steps Tan can make in my view are f*cking great big ones, all the was back to his Rats nest in Malysia.

The trust sat on the fence the first season which is half the reason I've avoided joining them. They have seemed to have found their voice recently thought and I'm glad theyre pushing for our colours back. If this week has shown anything its that Tan hates bad publicity and its therefore our best chance to push for our colours back :ayatollah:

I admit I was a reluctant supporter of the rebrand believing the other things Tan was doing for my club was for the greater good.

I have never said I have liked the badge and the new kit. In fact if you have read my posts in the past I have always said I wear Blue to games and I will not buy anything with that beermat badge on it.

I have had lots of derailing debates with Barry Chuckles in the past, but those debates have never been about me liking the new kit or the beermat badge.

my Granddad said after the war:
- there're some who fought against the dictator...
- there're some who still can't see the wood from the trees or refuse to realise what's happened...
- and there're some who got blinded, who slowly but surely wake up and smell the coffee...

As with Tan, Magner's is delusional to the reality of a situation. ;)

Sold them out in China. I have a few left for the NEC in January just incase a few Chinese suppliers are over.
