Dalman is reported as saying that “As things stand Malky is in charge for the foreseeable future and will be UNTIL something else happens."
Does this mean Dalman is expecting something to happen? Would have expected him to say "UNLESS" something happens.

It means Malky is in Charge until Tan Lym and Dahlman get there new management team in place...

No, it means until something changes.
Nobody can tell what Tan is going to do next - at the moment hes safe. Another argument or a succession of defeats and it may change.
