Financial decision not footballing or personal

Sun Dec 22, 2013 5:47 pm

Sounds like a financial decision to me .

1 . They don't want to pay his contract up

2. They know they will lose in court for constructive dismissal if they do sack him and will cost them a fortune , it will also bump up the price decent managers want for coming here knowing it is a dodgy job .

3. They don't want to pay compensation to a club for a certain new manager who is out of contract in the summer when they can get him for free .

4. A new manager will want big money in January , malkey all-ready knows he has none or very little so the club will not need to pay out any more transfer money

5. Ticket information about next seasons season ticket is about to come out with renewal dates and they don't want to upset fans before the big sales pitch .

6. Sponsors like visit Malaysia have been embarrassed by tans actions lately and don't like sponsoring a club in turmoil like ours .

If they sack him its not constuctive dismissal.

malky has to resign and cite constuctive dismassal.

Also thomas every single member of the press and football community at large has come out behind Malky and our supporters.
Face means everything to tans culture and let's be honest if he can't see he has dropped a massive clanger this last week then he deserves all the grief he gets.

Or Mehment Dalman has had time to talk some sense into him, face to face over the last 24 hours, coupled with the wave of support from all quarters of the football community. I really do not believe for a man who is worth a billion dollars, if he really wants something gone then £2/3 million pounds is going to stop him doing it

Of course it can be .
If someone keeps putting unattainable goals in your way like for example telling malkey we have to win the champions league this season . Or blocks every attempt you make of bettering the team , i.e. signings or sacking your back room staff and replacing them with unqualified people so you struggle .if they then sack him then that can be easily argued for in court that they constructively sacked him .

MM can only argue constructive dismissal if he resigns but if they sack him he could bring action against the club for unfair dismissal. But it won't get that far because the "Mutual Agreement" or compromise will be reached which will mean MM will go with a big bag of money.

But MM will go no doubt of that in my opinion.

Craig is right if they sack him he would claim unfair dismissal not constructive.

Spot on have you thought that since the Moody issue Malky has possibly known he on his way.
Question being is it his wish as the leaks concerning the dressing room. The bonuses. And the email certainly are not Tans doing. Whoever leaked these certainly wanted it played out in the public domain
