I really do not believe for a man who is worth a billion dollars, if he really wants something gone then £2/3 million pounds is going to stop him doing it

MM can only argue constructive dismissal if he resigns but if they sack him he could bring action against the club for unfair dismissal. But it won't get that far because the "Mutual Agreement" or compromise will be reached which will mean MM will go with a big bag of money.
