Thought the same thing.. The fact that Dalman is already saying he will pick the next manager says a lot

Dalman actually said (quote) "if we don’t succeed with our dialogue with Malky, I and the board will be handed the responsibility of going out and getting the manager we think is best to take the club forward"

I'm not 100% sure exactly what that meant (would be intrigued to find out) but it would appear that POSITIVE dialogue is going on and maybe the two chief protagonists (Malky and Tan) can start building the bridges that will ultimately benefit both and Cardiff City FC in particular :ayatollah:

Dalman said he hasn't spoke to Malky yet.

I honestly don't know; but I am a positive person by nature, so I guess I would like to believe...and it IS Christmas! LOL

I'm positive as well, and want malky to stay, even of we get relegated as I think in time we would be a stable prem team. Similar to what Everton done with moyes.. But why even mention who decides the next manager.. He's just covering himself for when the inevitable happens.
