Would anyone seriously want to continue to work for someone if they'd been treated the way Malky has?
Beyond repair in my opinion and Malky will stick
It out until he gets paid off and I don't blame him one bit.

What can Tan possibly say after what he witnessed today other than to eat a huge dose of humble pie and apologise without prejudice to malky and just hope that he accepts.

The only thing keeping him here is the pay-off he will receive when/if he is sacked. If he walks - he loses millions.

Absolute bollocks. He wouldn't lose anything as he'd walk straight into another equally well-paid job.

He'd lose 4m. If you really think he will go into another job which will pay him equal to 4m or higher then I won't bother.
That would mean Malky would be paid higher than the likes of Conte, Klopp, Mancini, Pellegrini, Rodgers and more. Earning slightly less or the equivalent to Tata Martino at Barcelona.
So, if you actually think Malky is good enough for jobs higher than Liverpool, City, Dortmund etc then you are in-fact blinded by a fist-pump.
No denying Malky is a good manager and will go on to have a good career but he isn't THAT good to warrant such a pay.
In short, he loses a lot.
