Putting the football aide for a moment...I have IMMENSE respect for Malky, he's conducted himself excellently and hasnt 'bitten' to to any of the sniping, He KNOWS all REAL Cardiff fans are behind him and obviously has a good contract and is getting good professional advice - Good on Him....If TAN sacks him (which looks likely) then I hope he has to pay handsomely for it.....

If he was a true businessman he would not be 'wasting' money on a pay-off and then have to provide a transfer budget and sign on fee/wages for new manager etc - He would realise that he is the wrong and make the moves to patch the relationship up - that way he can NOT put any money up for transfer in Jan and save cash (if he was being cash consciuous)....Unfortuately the reality as we all know is that he has more money than sense and has no respect for the people at the club or us fans...

"resign or quite" is perfectly sufficient grounds for which to claim [successfully] constructive dismissal. I'm in 'the industry', and believe me, there's no way Tan could win this one if it went to a tribunal.

He is a truly outstanding and very proffesionl Manager, he has handled himself impeccably from day one !!!

Hold your head up high Malky you have done nothing wrong and have all the moral high ground

I meant to add he seems to be dabbling with blackmail or certainly not far off.

Malky has done a great job here, but at the end of the day if a big team had come in for him he would have gone. He's going to get a nice pay off and walk into another job.
Tan has yes men all around him who won't stand up to him. Hopefully boxing day the stupid fucker will sit up and notice.

Malky has only ever been the model professional when it comes to conducting himself.
The outcome here is inevitable, it makes tomorrows game a Historical one.
It's the last game in charge for one our greatest ever managers, he'll get fantastic support but we mustn't forget to support the team, which will be what Malky wants.
