problem with that is, Tan tells him to do his job and find a new manager, he says no, Tan says well you find a new job and someone else will find me a new manager.

i understand that but hes now going regardless why publicy come out and say how his job safe and we back him etc

Dalman doesn't need the money trust me and I am sure he doesn't need the grief, he's the only voice of reason in all of this mess
