I cant believe he was allowed free reign to turn them red etc yet he sacks a manager who has been backed hugely in the transfer market and cant put a performance together and everyone goes ape shit

That's wrong Roathie.. There have been plenty of good performances - including one against your own team.

No way was the performance against us a good one from you lot.

We played awfully - and apart from the goal from a corner there was pretty much nothing in it. Fulham away you looked decent and i assume you played well against man city - after that im struggling.

It was, you've also named some other good performances.. So to say that he "cannot put a performance together" is harsh and incorrect.

Didnt think you would take it literally. However if you class your performance against us as good then it probably proves my point.

Your good performances are few and far between lets say then.

You normally post exactly what you mean Roath, didn't see anything different with this thread.

His performances are just fine for me. It was the correct style of play against you - stop you playing & it worked, we won. That's what a manager is for, isn't it?

But it depends how you look at it really. You can just do enough to win sometimes (against us) but it doesnt mean it is a good performance, your opponents can just be worse. Likewise you have played badly and picked up points - Norwich for example.

For a manager to spend £60m of players and add ons in 18 months - its not the level of performance id expect in all honesty.
