Malky. Whether this drags on is entirely in Tan's court, but the longer it does reflects badly on all concerned.
Malky wants the pay off, or he'll go if another suitable club come in for him - end of - It's not if - but when. Tan's needs to sort this very quickly. I appreciate what Malky has done, but he will be gone; and whether you love or hate Tan - he's not leaving just yet. The club comes first above all - and a new manager needs to be installed ASAP! I believe there is money available for January and the new manager will be given funds!

Ole Solskaer is being touted as a favourite. Who would you like to see guys? It's a real difficult one, I would have gone for Pulis had he been available and that would have been solely on his track record of keeping Stoke up.
