Yes it's been a bumpy ride, he's made mistakes but he's still learning, though throughout all this he's been so professional and mature about the situation.

He'l go down as a fan favourite and I for one will, like most will be very sad to see him go, whether that's today, tomorrow or in the future.

I know he will go onto bigger and better things in management !!
