Does Tan actually understand Employment Law in this country?

Fri Dec 20, 2013 12:50 am

This is the third example now of bad management surrounding UK employment law.

First the Malaysian Maradona who couldn't get a work visa

Secondly the Painter and Decorator who couldn't get a work visa

Thirdly he thought that Ian Moody would just be sacked without any pay off!!

and now the fact that he doesn't understand that he needs to pay Malky up for him to go!!!

Equality act 2010. You are not by law permitted to say or do anything that could lead to it being attributed to being discriminatory based on religion, disability, race, gender, sexual orientation etc. So how did that joke about Morecambe fair afterwards???

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

I think you've really just shown how little you understand of anything. Blimey, won't use you Fir recruitment if you clearly don't understand the equality act!

Well if you can't see it is really worry for anyone who uses your agency. I tell you what, if they talk ill of you then you can always come on here and run your mouth off about them like you did a few months back with that company who owed you money. That's right, I forgot to add blackmail and intimidation on to the list!

Why does everyone bite on this guy?

He's trying to better himself through hard work, get out of the shit hole and with work, a little luck move to our great City, Cardiff. Says it as it is. Can't see the problem meself, but then again I liked Daya's stuff.
