With the latest of countless bombshell unleashed by Tan that Malky will either walk or get sacked, we are now certainties for relegation. We are being heavily linked to Solksjaer, but why would Solksjaer in his right mind want to work for Tan when he could easily work for a different club under a "normal" chairman? Tan is getting criticised everywhere. Why would anyone in their right mind want to work for Tan?
The only type of manager who would work for Tan is someone who is firstly, not up to the job, because lets face it, any half decent manager would have much better offers than working for Tan; and secondly, the new manager will be a yes man who will do whatever Tan says. Tan may as well employ that painter as manager because when Malky goes, it will be Tan calling the shots. Well Tan, as we all know, calls the shots anyway, but whoever replaces Malky won't be in charge. Tan will be our real manager and we are now destined for failure and bankruptcy!!

If Malky goes, we are doomed in my opinion. My only hope is BBC said the email was sent to Malky on Monday and nothing has been done yet.

There would be from managers not up to the job or yes men, as I said in my post. The idea of a normal chairman sacking the manager is to replace him with someone better. Unfortunately, any manager as good as or better than Malky will choose to join West Brom, accept an offer on the continent or simply choose to wait until a better offer comes along from a club who doesn't have a fruitcake owner.

You just replied to your own post, unless you were planning on pretending to be someone else posting under a different name to agree with miller time.
Those of you saying you would do it for 10k a week, you're not a football manager. I will try explaining one last time. All the good football managers can get better offers than anything we can offer working for Tan. So the only managers who would want to manage us are those who are not up to it and NEED the money we are offering. The GOOD managers will not want to manage us because they have already had good jobs earning very good money, hence why they have the reputation as a good manager! Therefore, these good managers are not desperate enough to want to manage us because they can get better offers elsewhere working for decent owners/chairman...I give up if some of you can't understand this!

It's quite simple. If you are a good manager, you get the top clubs wanting you offering the top money. If you're a poor manager, you only have the lower league clubs wanting to give you a chance offering you poor money. Because of Tan, we will not be able to attract a good manager, the good managers will go elsewhere and who can blame them. So we will be left with bringing in a manager not as good as Malky, or a yes man who will do whatever Tan says which can only spell disaster!

If thats the case why dont Spurs want Malky?
Who is to say another up and coming manager desperate for a chance in the PL wont be better than Malky?

i support tan, malkay is clueless a real fool,he has messed with the youth set upand stopped the development of promising youngsters.

Plenty of out of work managers out there, who would jump at the chance of a job.

MALKY SEEMS TO BE TO YOUR APPROVAL...SO WHY NOT A NEW MANAGER?
DJ FINNISHED THE SEASON 1 DEFEAT IN 10...MALKY MEANWHILE WAS FINNISHING 13TH AT WATFORD......

Oh come on! Spurs will want a manager who has been successful at the top level for years. Malky has only been in the Premiership for 4 months! The chances of us finding a young up and coming manager who may turn out better than Malky is extremely slim imo. If we appointed a manager like that, it would be an unnecessary gamble.
Malky has made a few poor signings, but not many managers could take over an initial squad of 10 players, assemble his own squad on a budget to take us to the Carling Cup final and playoffs, then get us to win the Championship at a canter the following season. I know you don't approve of Malky's football and it does seem Malky has made a couple of poor signings, but he's still taken us to where we are and I really don't think we can bring in anyone as good as Malky right now, particularly with Tan as our owner.

I dont get the 10 players inherited excuse its good for a manager he can bring in his own.
Blank canvas so to speak.
listen i dont like the style of play but hes done wel but so has Tan in bankrolling last seadons push.
If there is no money in jan id say its prob best to stick with him.
A new manager would struggle to impose a different style on this set of players.

I agree it was a blank canvas but don't you agree Malky did very well in his first season to achieve what he did? I know he was bankrolled the following season, but the majority of players Malky brought in during his first season all contributed to getting us to the Premiership.
I completely agree if there's no money, Tan should stick with Malky. As you say, if a new manager is brought in, he needs to be backed to bring in his own players to play his own style.

Yes some played a part. Some didnt but no manager gets them ALL right.
Perhaps I am extra critical because some on here make out he is above critiscm.
Ive always maintained I think hes a top, top bloke and ill.be honest now hes on the verge of parting ways I do feel some sadness.
That said football is like that 2.5 years is considered a long time at a club these days.
We move on and whilst I acknowledge rebrand aside Tan has done some good things for this football club I would be lying if I said I wasnt concerned what the crazy c**t and his lackies next move is.
I honestly thought Lim had gone along with Moody so its concerning seeing that c**t firing the bullets this week.
