So Graham Clutton, who writes for the Telegraph has just said on Talksport

he also said that 3 of his colleagues have been banned and that the atmosphere at the club is one of staff fearing for the loss of their jobs if they offend the hierarchy. It don't sound too healthy

Clutton makes the club sound like its run like North Korea. No-one dares express any dissent for fear of expulsion. Publicly the employees swear undying allegiance to the Leader. Privately they work and live in fear.
Whatever you think about being in the Premier League, its not worth this.

This should not come as a surprise!
Tan rules by fear.
A very rich man who has no regard for anyone else but himself.
He forced TG out of the club because he did not agree with the rebrand. TG was an honourable man who loved Cardiff City.
But it makes no difference.
If you dont bow to the dictator, he will simply get rid of you.
No wonder club staff are concerned for their jobs.
The question is though - how do we get rid of the dictator?
