" I Will State it again "

Thu Dec 19, 2013 6:57 pm

Ive said this a year ago and I will state it again

Malky Mackay is a young and upper coming manager,Malky will make many mistakes along the way, so did Alex Ferguson, Malky has delivered every time for Cardiff City, Respected by all our players, they give 110% for him, loved by the majority of our fans, Malky will eventually be a Top 10 Premier League Manager.

Vincent Tan, I despised you for stripping us of our Identity, but, I respected you for your Business brain, the longer this goes on with your childish/jealousy ridiculing of Malky,All respect will be lost, not just by me,I'm just a fan, but Tan your known as a Clown in the Football World, watch the Business world dont think the same and believe you really are a clown.

NOW BACK Malky Now and publicly do it :malky: :malky: :malky:

Annis, you run a business. You know everything is down to the leader, the leader is the chokehold of a business.
Right now the club is raising an eyebrow in the football world, to put it mildly, and you have identified who is responsible.

I don't think his business brain is half as good as people make out. From what I've seen he is quite inept.
I think a lot landed on his lap.

Re: " I Will State it again "

They didn't give 110% against palace. Got hammered by the hammers in playoffs. Lost cup final. Crawled over the line last season. Wasted nearly 15 million on players. Awful football to watch, BUT he will or would have kept us up this season. Rose tinted glasses. Malky plays the media very well indeed and feeds the natives with superlatives of cringe worthy note. We are being played by malky in his ego trip war with Tan. Tan has many faults and has made a few big mistakes and is equally to blame for this farce of a situation the club finds itself in. Two men with big egos who want their own way. Only one winner with the club being the loser.

Sir Alex Ferguson was manager at Manchester United, a club who had for years been competing at the top level of the English game and a club who had a historic reputation. He also took over the club in a business climate unlike the current climate that Malky faces. The clubs back then were on far more of a level playing field and mistakes were not as costly. You make mistakes in this day and age and you will be punished as every club (business) is competing locally, nationally and globally. Not only have HMRC regulations tightened but so has financing within football as a whole. Manchester United did not have the outstanding liabilities we currently have and were not making losses each month.

We give Malky too much time to 'learn' and we end up back in the Championship and he gets snapped up by another promoted club and we're back in the depths whilst his career advances without us. Sorry Annis, whilst I respect your opinion totally I have to disagree with you on this. The club comes first and foremost and I putting myself in Tan's shoes as a businessman would be livid with £10m+ wasted on players not ready for this level. Malky wants to play the long game of phasing players in at a club that needs to compete shrewdly to survive at this level. If we were an established team I'd back Malky all the way and say 'fair enough, we're settled in the Premier League and you therefore have a bit of space to do your own thing'. We're unfortunately a club that is going to be battling relegation all season by the way things are shaping and therefore we can't afford such careless spending.

I hear Malky has been sacked. No surprise after he leaked the e mail and had brenda come out and slate Tan.

White noise is spot on in his last post.

Tan is just a puppet for the Malaysian mafia..Fact, no buisness sense what so ever..

Although, I appreciate what Malky has done for the club, but when Everton was sniffing around he did not come out straight away and dismiss the opportunity, he will look after is own ass like anyone of us would do. Therefore, I agree with white noise on this. There has been money spunked away on future potential with cornellius. 1 million on the other guy that we got from Maribor - hardly played a match and the boy from Derby what did he cost 2 million or something. I'm no fan, but I understand where Tan is coming from.

Wasted 15mill? When he took over he had to build a whole new squad and what has been the Renault is a competitive premiership side, not pretty I agree but surviving which is all any true city fan would hope for start of the season. Malky isn't in an ego war, the Guy is a genuine person and a true winner, he just wants success in football not an ego boost. Your a toss pot

"Malky walked into a club that had given him 10 players that summer and he had to build a new team. They brought in someone who totally transformed the mentality and culture at the club. He took them to the Carling Cup final, to a play-off place and just lost out and the following season he took them out of the Championship and they became the second team from Wales to get into the Premier League. He is going to become a big manager at a top club and I find it astonishing that there is talk about him leaving. Absolutely astonishing.

"Iain Moody, who was released from his duties [as head of recruitment] at Cardiff, I worked with at Watford and he is one of the most authentic people you will ever meet. My only conclusion when I look from the outside is that you have a business guy operating the club who knows absolutely nothing about football. He has obviously been a very successful businessman in his life and congratulations but football is like no other business."

Rodgers said he "would fear for Cardiff" should Mackay leave and claimed there is a marked difference between Tan's and Fenway's stewardship of their respective clubs.

Lost the final against Liverpool going toe to toe with them with the quality they have and we had a lot of matches that year which caught up with us.

West Ham were destined to go up and had some players who were Premier League Standard.

Crawled over the line yet finished in front by 7 points or something.

Hit the nail on the head, Annis.

In a letter emailed to Mackay on Monday, it is understood Tan listed in depth his grievances with the Scot.

Tan criticised 41-year-old Mackay at length in a range of areas, such as signings, transfer budgets, results on the pitch and style of play.

The Malaysian businessman also questioned the former Watford manager’s record as a boss.

How can TAN question MM RECORD AS A BOSS - Went from Nov last year top of the Championship and stayed there to the last game of the season as Champions ???

100% agree, Tan is a great business man and knows how to get his money, but has not got a clue when it comes to football. Too bad our next game is away because if it was home, Tan would get a slating, and s but long overdue.
