As leader you hold your hand up

A football club is ultimately a business and how people behave within a business depends on it's culture.
Culture is the shared values and practices of the organization.
We can all see that something isn't quite right at the club and we can't truly be sure yet whether it is a financial process issue, a management issue, lack of communication between the parties or what. The culture of the business lays out how all these activities are to occur.
And the culture is determined and promoted by the leader of the business, no-one else.
