Lets be honest he has done his part, we were one of the biggest spenders last summer and vastly outspend the teams around is. Malky should have done better with what he got last summer which was a massive warchest. Spoilt bastards on here always want more, well guess what if I was Tan id tell Malky to f**k off n all.
Tan did his part in the summer by giving Malky more money than he knew what to do with and we signed some absolute dross with it.

Does Malky sign the cheques to complete the transfer?
Malky can only ask for a transfer. Somone else signs the transfer off. That person controls the budget. That person didnt manage the budget very well and went over budget.. Malky gets it full in the face becuase he's the manager. The real person to blame is Simon Lim. Little snake who is a virus to this club

In your opinion...
Transfers are signed off by Malky's superiors, so how he alone is to blame for the overspend, I find ridiculous.

In real life the Finance Director/CFO will always be the final sign off.
But, If I was buying plant or IT equipment should I expect the FD to challenge the technical aspects of the order... No that's why you have technical specialists.
Moody was the specialist, Malky the Senior Manager
Tan is running it like one of his businesses. Moody was dismissed, Malky reprimanded with a loss of credibility in regard to financial matters.

But this isnt IT equipment.... There was a strict budget of 35 mill... That the Lim wouldve been aware of. His recent statement proves this.. If he and tan are so angry about this why did Lim not stick to this in the first place instead letting more transfers go through. Football is totally different to any other type of buisness.
