Why is Tan like he is?

Tue Dec 17, 2013 10:34 pm

To be honest, plain and simple, the main reason Tan sacked Moody and wants Mackay to leave is, I believe down to his role in his other companies. It only takes a google search to see all of the, almost Godly, praise Tan gets off his employees of his other businesses. He can't deal with the fact that the fans idolise Mackay rather than him. He will not sack Malky because if he does the fans will go more and more against him. Tan thought that getting rid of Moody, considering how close he and Malky are even on a personal level, would be enough to drive Malky away from the club without too much hatred from the fans. Fair play to Mackay telling him where to shove it on Radio Wales this evening! TANOUT :ayatollah:

People are afraid that if he pulls the plug, we'd cease to exist. We need concrete evidence that we can survive without him. I know a lot of people, including myself aren't happy with tan. It's just a fear of what happens if tan walks.

Because Asia is increasingly becoming more powerful and are starting to have more leverage over the west, thus concluding tan gets it in his head he has leverage over us. Which he does.

Tan can't simply 'walk' as he would lose millions, he would have to sell the club.

You only have to look at a club like Malaga or Anzi to see the clubs being left in it. I don't think tan would walk, but you never know.

Doubt if Tan gives two hoots whether we like him or not. It's all about money and profit, most successful business people couldn't care less about winning any popularity contest unless it's with their bank managers and accountants.
