If he wants malky out as much as our host keeps telling us why not just put him on gardening leave ?

Admittedly he has to keep paying him for the remainder of his contract, but Malky will need to be in a new post within three months or people will forget about him, so it won't cost him that much. I am sure Tan can afford the legal bills if Malky claims unfair dismissal or deformation of character.

It will cost Tan £4 Mill and they have gone past ever getting on again, it would kill Tan to see Malky walk off with £4 Mill of his money.

Same thing happening with di Matteo his stock rose unreal after winning champs league yet he's not gone back into management cos he's being paid £130k a week still by Chelsea!!!
