at the news that Malky spent £50 million in the summer and we are aiming to finish 17th I have to say, for once I tend to agree with them that with that kind of transfer budget, we should be looking more like top 10, not hoping that there are 3 worse teams than us.
Bearing in mind they spent £10 million in their first season and we got promoted last year with a very strong squad in place, we knew that we were going up weeks before the season finished, where as the Jacks came through the play-offs, so had far less time to plan any transfers.

There are not a lot of teams that spend as much as Swansea and stay up. They are just jealous they couldn't afford Calker.
Our Aim this year is 17th or higher, Then Lets push on from there.

Even though the Jacks played good football their 1st season could have gone either way. I think they had a bit of luck.

They weren't laughing when we beat man city. They certainly didn't laugh when we beat their piss poor team and they didn't laugh last Saturday when we beat WBA.

Cornelius hasn't had the chance to prove himself yet and hes only 20 so he will probably be class in a couple of seasons

I don't think the true football supporters are laughing their heads off, whether from Swansea or elsewhere. Ok, I find Tan a bit of a comedy character with his shirt and tie and tucked in football shirt, but, unfortunately, football clubs are being bought out and taken over by people like him for reasons other than the love of the game. At least Abramovich and Mansour make no secret that they see the ownership of a football club as nothing more than an accessory or a plaything. It's people like Tan and the guy at Hull who fail to understand the history and culture of football who are going to kill the game, turning away the true supporters with rebrands, colour changes etc. it's sad that at a time when you should be celebrating the achievement of reaching the Premier League, all the attention and energy is being taken by Tan. Hope you can hang on to Malky's and get rid of Tan for the good of the game

In another post you say that we walked the championship. Yes we did well at the how many'th time of asking? It was a good championship squad and Malky got the best from it. Now he's trying to get the same from the same squad bar a few additions.
