Annis, I totally agree with what you say on this occasion, in my view this is our 2nd chance to really show him what we think,Annis give some thought to organising something please, I ask because love you or hate you, you have a lot of people look up to yo and you are an intelligent man who I am sure can speak well, no one can doubt your loyalty and passion. Please dont leave it to anyone else mate. We are going to get one chance at this so bugger the marches and the petty squabbles lets let Vinnie the Poo really know what Welshmen are really all about.

I want him to stay. Even if we go down. However, I can see him being sacked the minute we lose our next game. No matter who it is against.

It's not his decision whether he's going or not. The only thing that's his decision is whether he resigns or not.

All us fans asked for before the season started was to stay up no matter what and boy were loving the ride on the pitch, sadly not of it though.

We have to show our support at the matches more than ever, by singing Malky songs, the players love Malky, I spoke to one today, they are 100% fully behind him, by supporting Malky we are supporting our team

He is only saying what we all know, he is never going to resign, same as Dave Jones wouldn't, seems he was trying to push Tan to sack him, Malky must of known his budget, why go and get another winger when we gave a good one out on loan. Yes Malky is doing a good job, but lets not kid ourselves, he is as stubborn as the next manager, plate do defensive all season, only panted Noone, I believe, due to the vast amount of fans crying out for Change after the Palace shambles, which was one of the worst performances of many a year.

Surely this person has the most to questionto? Why did this person let so much funds go out when he knew there was a strict budget?

People jumping on Malky for saying he wants 3 players is ridiculous. EVERY manager would say they want to strengthen the squad in January. People against Mackay should look past him and question the people higher up who sanction these transfers. Malky was doing his job and bringing players into the club to improve a new premier league team, and in the whole he has.

People backing Tan should take the red tinted glasses off and realise he is an egotistical maniac who hates the fact Mackay is revered by all of the media and most of the fans.. No doubt at all this is all a game on Tan's part. Why wait a full 48 hours after Malky's honest interview to blow things out of all proportion. The reason of course is that Zola resigned yesterday afternoon and Tan realised it was an ideal chance to get the papers talking of him returning to Watford. I am a reluctant red and fully appreciate what Tan's money has done for our club, but in a previous interview Mr Tan said he'd leave when he was no longer wanted, well guess what........

This is a good post.
Lim is similar in one way (as Annis puts it above) to Baldini at Spurs in the respect that he brought in all of their new players & spent above the budget they got for Bale yet when it doesn't work out Villas Boas gets the sack. Surely Baldini should be just as accountable as should Lim as I'm absolutely sure Malky didn't have Tans cheque book and was told 'only go up to x amount please!!'

Exactly, no manager in the world "spends", Malky asks, Moody recruits, the men upstairs talk about the financial transactions and contracts of all players. If anyone over spends then it would be board members.

If Tan wanted Malky out, why would he not place him on gardening leave, keep paying his wages until malky got bored and applies for another job, or gets approached. VT then does not have to pay out the remainder of his contract, just the part whilst hes at home, and i cant see Malky wanting not to get back involved asap so cant see VT having to pay for very long.

He can bring someone in under a different title such as head coach and everything is sorted.

Correct Annis!!! He's also Tan's "Yes Man" and mouthpiece. Malky is on a hiding to nothing, Tan wants him out end of. The best thing Malky can do for himself, his career and for Cardiff City as a club is to stay humble but behind the scenes agree the figures for his contract to be ended and then leave with his head held high. I quite agree. The fact that the team has been unaffected by the off-field shenanigans makes me think that this is not quite as big a story as the press like to make out. If VT really wanted Malky out he would just sack him - until he has a suitable replacement he is probably ok .

We always knew that with Malky's abilities that this club is only a stepping stone to a bigger club, probably a top 7 team, in the not too distant future. The Spurs job has come up just a bit too soon.

Although people hate VT for legitimate reasons, let's not forget that you don't get to be a billionaire by being stupid. He can certainly see that it is in the best interests of his money and therefore the club to keep Malky in place for the time being. Unfortunately, now that we are a Premier League team, it becomes a story of national and not just local interest.

Thought as much... In my opinion he is just as bad as Tan. He's a virus who has bent over and let Tan take him in the brown one so he could keep his job.

He wouldve known there was a budget, and would have known the limit was reached but still allowed the extra spending to go ahead. This statement is like a chinese propaganda submission of trying to blame someone else and take the heat off the top boys.

Sadly some fools have fallen for it and have jumped on Malkys back blaming him. as someone has said. He only asks. Lim signs its off and gives the OK.

The quicker these pricks go the better. They may have saved our club from total liquidation (I will always be thankful for that) but they have also ruined it by using us a play thing they feel they can change and mess with at their will.
