If Tan was as deeply upset as he says, he would have been much more professional in having a quiet word with Malky - or getting one of his henchmen to do so.
All Tan has done is stir the whole situation back up again. Maybe that's what he wants?

Depends on how you measure it. I'd say if someone bought a £9mil striker and said he was no where near ready 5months later I'd start to count that as an overspend.

Changed your tune somewhat Chuckles you said at the time of Moody's departure that you had no issue with the sacking of Moody if he had overspent but his replacement.
For me the responsibility is not just the person signing the cheques its also the persons controlling how the budget is spent, in this instance Malky and Moody.

I'd say it was foolish to write off a striker who hasn't been given a fair run yet.
Unless you expect Mackay to now look into the future and see when players are going to get injured too?
As I've already said, whether you agree with Tan or not - to publicly undermine the manager in the manner that he has, is wrong.

Mmm quote he's not ready yet? who said that about cornelious? Wasn't tan was it! So spending 8mil on a reserve player is very good use of money ?, malky has engineered this so he gets his payoff it's that simple. Why didn't malky do it in private? Tan has every right to respond he's the boss malky is the employee.

Yes, Tan was more aggressive but Malky knew exactly what he was doing with his comments about Cornelius and the 3 players in January.
Malky is trying to engineer a move out of here, whilst trying to get a pay off at the same time.

Nothing you've written about Cornelius - so I'm going to ignore it.I've said nothing of the sort about Cornelius being ready.

Cornelius is t a reserve player. He's a player who's been unlucky with injuries. Once back to full fitness, I've no doubt he will play.
Malky said he wanted 3 players. Nothing else.![]()
