Taking the politics away for a moment and just focussing on footballing matters, surely sacking Malky would be hugely detrimental.
The squad is what it is and doesn't look like changing in January. Many of the players are not the most technically gifted, but MM gets the best out of them. They respect him, believe in him, work for him and there is a great team spirit.
Say MM goes and we get a new manager with a different philosophy as to how he wants us to play. It could take months to implement the change, we drop a load of points and we can wave goodbye to the Prem.
DONT SACK MACKAY

He certainly looks like he has. They look solid and organised now.
The difference though is Palace were awful when he came in. Squad low on confidence, no real direction from the manager and just a generally weak outfit. Totally opposite to our current team.

Agree polo, malky is like 98% of managers Have a style and keep to it regardless of players. So cannot see it changing at all.

Malky is a product of the modern Uefa school of coaching, they all do the same thing.
