After everything that has come out now, who do you think is in the right and who gets your vote of confidence?
I can appreciate where Tan is comming from regarding money however he has gone totally the wrong way about it by making a public statement undermining Malky.
So my vote goes to malky

theres a argument for both butt he has spent a lot of money on players that are no longer playing or needed so why dont he just get rid of all the players he doesnt want and generate funds that way brayford gestede smith velonika maynard mcnaughton ralls mason are a few he could get rid off as none of these will start games for us

Both have used the media to fire shots at each other this week, Tan more aggresively than Malky but its difficult to argue with what Tan has said.
He has given Malky HUGE backing in the transfer window and has Malky used that money wisely? Not really, we are still very short of options going forward.
I am with Tan on this one.

this is just so debatable. you could make cases for both of them. i dislike Tan. so grateful for his money but even as the man in charge i never understood why everything has to come at a cost. malky on the other hand i like him a lot. crap football? yes but as far as im concerned he gets the players working 100% (bar palace last week) and lets face it he's met and is meeting every objective given to him. so for me, its just like backing your mate in an argument no matter whether he's innocent or not. so malky gets my vote. (im not saying Tan is completely wrong)

I'm with Tan, I'd look at how much we've spent in the last 18 months in comparison to other teams outside the top 7 and wonder why we still need to spend more. What would really worry me is the manager spending 8 million on a striker and then saying you don't get one ready for the Prem for that amount. So how much more do I need to spend 15-20 million more. Does he think the pit is bottomless when other managers have coped with less than that. Time to take off the rose coloured glasses!

i know what u mean. but i just think his spending in the championship was purely to create the team for promotion as opposed to a team that can play in the premier league. the thing that baffles me most is the cornelius abuse. malky wants him now thats why he picks him in the match day squad every week now he's fit. he's giving him time because he needs it. i refuse to call him a bad signing whilst he hasnt had a chance yet. i honestly believe he'll turn out a good player after a run in the team.

Agree with you there, but why not sell them players on to create some funds for prem players.

Pontypool Bluebird I'm not saying that Corneilius is a waste of money, but it was Malky who said you don't get a striker ready for the Prem for 8 million and that is what worries me about it. I think he should give players like Conway and Mason a chance as well, at end of last season Conway was on fire and by all accounts he's been the same at Brighton. I'm not saying he's Prem class cos at the moment he's not been given the chance so it's impossible to say and The same goes for Joe. But if it was my money and I'd forked out 35 million + add on's this season on top of the 12 million last, I'd still be dubious about giving more. One only has to look down the road to the Jack bastards to see they've done ok with a lot less cash, Hull are also doing ok on a lot smaller budget, so it comes as no surprise to me that Tan is saying enough is enough. Of course I'm sure the problems go much deeper than just the transfer budget between the 2 of them but that's the roller coaster of Cardiff City.
