For signing off all of the transfers and releasing the funds?
Surely this person is the one to blame for the apparent over spending and not Malky or Moody??
We are now the joke club in the Premier League.. Tan may have saved us, and we should all be thankful for that, but everything else he has ruined.
We are just a play thing for him, to show off to all of his mates that he has a Premier League club.
If I was Malky I would stand my ground and refuse to leave. He has the support of all of the media and the majority of the fans.
Fair enough Tan is not happy with overspending, but there is ways of going about it.
